4-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS
Before beginning please review the EOC BASICS, which describes the EOC program.
EOC Basics
Step 1: Go to
LOG IN
and get your numeric EOC PIN.
After receiving your EOC PIN at your USER ID email address, you can log in at any time to continue the Registration process.
Log In
Step 2: Complete your
PROFILE
and submit online.
using the exact same First and Last Name used to LOG IN.

STEP 3: Complete your EOC Worksheet after submitting your Profile and email it as noted.
After your Worksheet has been approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your alpha-numeric Registration Code.

STEP 4: Go to REGISTRATION and enter your credit card payment online.
